Step 1: Get The Forms
Applying for employment, license, certificate or permit with an applicant agency requiring a background check, you must get the instructions and forms from the requesting agency.
You MUST bring (3) copies of Request for Live Scan Fingerprinting Form – BCIA 8016 . Andrea’s Mobile Live Scan will NOT provide a Request for Live Scan Form You must have a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.
Payment for the Live Scan services
Step 2: Get Fingerprinted
Once you have obtained the necessary forms from the applicant agency . Call Andrea’s Mobile Live Scan to complete your fingerprinting needs.
Step 3: Wait for the Results
Once Andrea’s Mobile Live Scan transmits your fingerprints, the DOJ will respond to the applicant agency either electronically or via mail.
